After graduating with her bachelor's degree in 1939 from Mills College in Oakland California, Claudia spent the summer developing her skills which helped her galvanize her beliefs and feelings regarding her own work. In the summer of 1940 Claudia enrolled in the College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, where she took courses in ceramics, metals and weaving. Claudia resides and works on her art in Butte County. |
